Titanium dioxide coating agent "IRIS"

Effective for over 10 years when used on exterior walls! Expanding the applications of photocatalysts!

"IRIS" is a titanium dioxide coating agent that hybridizes copper with titanium dioxide, enabling a photocatalyst that traditionally only worked with ultraviolet light to exhibit practical effects under visible light as well. In tests conducted by public institutions, antibacterial effects were observed at an illumination level of 200LX from fluorescent lights. It can be used as a safety measure and part of HACCP compliance in medical facilities, including hospitals, as well as in food factories where strict hygiene management is required. 【Features】 ■ Hybrid of titanium dioxide and copper ■ Antibacterial effects observed at 200LX ■ High safety *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Drive system nano-titanium oxide coating agent "Titanium Armor"

Cutting-edge nanotechnology born from space development technology for your bicycle!

The 'Titanium Armor' is a drive system nano titanium coating that does not require a binder (a substance that acts as an adhesive to attach to objects) because single-nano titanium oxide particles adhere through intermolecular forces (van der Waals forces). During high torque, the titanium nanoparticles interlock tightly, improving the transmission power of the drive system. Additionally, it provides excellent self-cleaning effects due to nano titanium oxide. We will carry out the application using special coating equipment at our company, so please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. [Features] ■ Anti-static effect ■ Smooth gear shifting ■ Friction reduction due to the bearing effect of single-nano titanium particles *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Photocatalyst Case Study] Verification of Glass Installation Effects

Long-lasting effects! Highly effective for condensation prevention and maintaining aesthetics due to hydrophilic properties.

At a certain supermarket, we conducted an effectiveness verification by comparing areas where photocatalytic treatment was applied with areas where it was not. In the hydrophilicity check, the untreated areas retained water droplets, which detracted from the appearance, while the treated areas allowed water to blend in, washing away surface dirt and resulting in a cleaner look. Additionally, in the anti-fouling test, it was confirmed that dirt was removed more effectively from the treated surfaces compared to the untreated ones due to the hydrophilic effect. 【Overview】 ■ Store where treatment was applied: Certain supermarket ■ Date of treatment: December 2022 ■ Effectiveness verification: January 2023 ■ Treated area: Glass (outer side) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Substrate Protective Agent Sagan Coat] GOWELL Co., Ltd.

Pollen allergens are also alleviated! Introducing examples of indoor construction implementation in language schools.

We would like to introduce a case where 'Shimoji Protection Agent Sagan Coat' was applied in the conference room of GOWELL Co., Ltd., located in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, which is engaged in global human resources business and other activities, as well as within the language school. The company has introduced photocatalytic treatment as a countermeasure against viruses, not only for foreigners looking for jobs in Japan but also for students attending the school, to ensure they can concentrate on their language studies with greater peace of mind. A luminance tester test was conducted before and after the application of the product, and the values significantly decreased after the application compared to before. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - To ensure that foreigners looking for jobs and students attending the school can concentrate on their language studies with peace of mind. - To alleviate pollen allergens. ■ Results - According to the luminance tester test results, the values significantly decreased after the application compared to before. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Verification of Solar Panel Installation Effects (Proposal for Reducing Cleaning Costs)

Power generation has reversed! Here we present case studies that examined design, hydrophilicity, and power generation.

Our company conducted a "verification of the effects of solar panel installation" with photocatalytic processing. After one month, the maximum power generation (weather: sunny / temperature: 24 degrees) was 248w for photocatalytic, 256w for washing only, and 127w for no washing. After nine months, the maximum power generation (weather: cloudy / temperature: 10 degrees) was 43.6w for photocatalytic and 43.4w for washing only. The nine-month measurement was conducted in a weak power generation environment during cloudy weather, but the power generation amounts were reversed. This was due to the self-cleaning effect, which made the panels less prone to dirt. It is presumed that the difference in power generation would be even greater under sunny conditions. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Solar Panels ■ Installation Period: April 2022 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
